If our product does not meet your expectations or you’re facing a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve—making the product unusable—we’re open to reviewing a refund request.

Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds do not apply if the product is actively in use on your live website(s).
  • Refunds are not granted for license renewals or plan upgrades.
  • Only one refund per customer is allowed within a 12-month (365-day) period.
