By default, when a license is deactivated from a client’s website, that site’s URL is automatically removed from the whitelist.
If this option is enabled:
- The URL will remain on the whitelist even after the license is deactivated remotely.
- This is useful if you expect the client to re-activate the license later on the same domain, without needing to re-add the URL.
To enable this option:
- Go to My Account > View Licenses > Manage Sites.
- Enable the Keep sites whitelisted on remote deactivation option.
- Save settings.
In short, enable this setting if you want the whitelist to be persistent across deactivations.
